Appearance: At 5'6" with a slim but curvy build, Anna isn't someone you'd think of as a hunter when you first look at her. Her brunette hair falls down her back in curly waves if left unchecked and her eyes are a soft hazel that hold a look of someone beyond her years. On the small of her back is a devil's trap tattoo to protect her from possession. Clothing wise, Anna is usually just in jeans and a t-shirt or tank top. If she can move around in it freely and it's comfortable, she'll wear it.

Personality: Anna's always had a quiet but strong personality, even has a child. The attack of a demon and arrival of her gift at a young age matured her fast. She was always the watcher around people, preferring to just sit and listen for fear that she may let something slip. It wasn't unusual for others to call Anna creepy since when she did speech, she knew things she shouldn't or said things that sounded strange at the time but later made sense to someone.

As she got older and decided to do something with the visions she got, Anna started to grow more into herself, becoming a doer. Becoming a leader. She's now someone others look up to and she often takes on the mother figure of the group. Still, she tends to think too much, her brain also seeming to be working.

Special abilities/talents: Trained to be a hunter, Anna is efficient in many weapons and thanks to her gift, if pretty much a sure shot. She does well in hand to hand combat. Anna also knows Latin and has the Rituale Romanum memorized.

History: Anna is the child of a werewolf. Her mother, Brooke, moved to Devil's Lake when she was still pregnant with Anna, making Anna a natural born North Dakotan. When she didn't shift, she thought to just be a normal human born of a werewolf. It wasn't until four years later that it was discovered that Anna was special.

When Anna was four, a demon crept in through the window and feed on her. It was the kind of demon that feeds on youth of children and it take a couple years off of Anna before its head meet a shotgun. Four year old Anna now looked like she was seven. At first no one knew if it was just outwardly that Anna had changed. For a couple months after the incident, she didn't speak. When she finally did, it was clear that during that time, her mind had been taking the time to catch up with its new body.

It wasn't long after that it become clear that Anna wasn't just a normal human. She knew things were about to happen. Then the dreams started. Some of the dreams were so bad that they'd wake her up screaming in the night. Anna was a precog and it was something that was maturing her more than the demon attack ever had.

Life went on, including her father coming back into the picture. Then when she was nine she started having visions of one of the newest residents to Devil's Lake. A certain vampire by the name of Nathan Lockwood. It would be a few years before Anna was old enough to go wonder town after sunset and catch a peek of him, sometimes even following him around town watching him.

The older Anna got, the more her ability grew and the more visions she had. She knew before anyone else what was going to happened. The visions Anna got were horrible. She'd see people getting attacked and killed before it would happen. Finally she couldn't take it anymore and decided to do something about them. She begged Casey Drake from her mother's pack to train her as a hunter so that she could fight. And fight she did.

Now that she was roaming the streets at nights hunting, it wasn't long before she ran into Nathan again. This time she actually spoke to him. After years of having visions about him she couldn't resist the pull that seemed to exist between them.

Then came the fateful day that lead to her current addiction. Her powers reaching a new peak, the visions were overpowering her to the point that she was having seizures with them. It was during one of these seizures during a hunt in Chicago that another psychic suggested Nate give Anna his blood. Moments after the blood passed her lips the seizure stopped and the visions slacked down enough that there was now room for Anna in her head again.

Her visions now under control and with the new edge the vampire blood gave her, Anna was back in the fight. She continued to travel and hunt where they were needed, Nate her partner is everything and the only one she ever needed. Life was as good as it was going to get and it stayed that way for many years. And then came a fateful day when it all came crashing down around Anna. The visions had been there but Anna had thought they were about the case they were working, not that the case would be the end of Nate.

The case had started following a trail of missing vampires. Not the trouble making kind but the good upstanding vampires like Nate. Knowing no one else would take up the hunt for what was happening, Anna became obsessed with solving the case. Depending on her visions and the blood bond between them, they sat Nate up as the bait. After that everything went terribly wrong. Nate was taken and Anna wasn't able to find him until it was too late. Dying, she dragged him out of there after killing the ones who had harmed him. She carried him to a local witch that Anna had worked with in the past. Shamans and faith healers couldn't heal a vampire but she was hoping against hope that magic could. In the end the spell failed to save Nate. As he died in Anna's arms, a warmth encased her body. Instead of saving a life, the spell instead created life, combining the essences of Anna and Nate and creating a child of magic within Anna. It was the only thing that kept her going.

Anna stepped away from hunting, both from the guilt she felt and the daughter she now had to think of. The only thing that matter now was Lilly and keeping her safe. It wasn't long before Anna realized that even though it seemed impossible, Nate was haunting her. Remembering hearing tells about a dark place in London where the monsters are and impossible things are possible, she booked a flight to London and headed into the Nightside both to hide away and to find a way to bring Nate back.

Flaws: Anna is addicted to vamps blood. She gets all the usual benefits from it, plus one more, it helps her keep her visions under control. Anna's been taking vamp blood long enough that as soon as it starts to wear off she gets the shakes. Now that backup supply Nate had thought to save for her in case something ever happened is running out she's trying to stop, not wanting to risk a blood bond with any other vampire. She's starting to pay for it and will have to make a choice soon.

The reason Anna is a vamp blood addict is because she's afraid of what her powers might do to her. As a powerful precog, she's afraid that one day the visions will overwhelm her and she'll no longer know what is real and the present.

Anna has no control over her visions. Even the blood can only help some much when she's in certain situations. Crowds are especially hard for Anna. When exposed to them, her mind becomes overwhelmed with visions of things to come for those around her.

Merits: Anna is a leader. She easily takes control of a situation and keeps a cool head under fire.

The vamp blood she takes to keep her visions under control gives her above average strength, reflexes, and senses.
